Yes, you can buy your ticket from our uniformed bus host or hostess.

Do I need to come to your office to purchase the ticket?

Of course not. You can also buy your ticket at the folloing places:

• On the bus at any departure point,
• At our tourist information points or any uniformed staff,
• On our website,
• Travel Agencies and Tourist Information Offices.

Can I use your system with wheelchair?

Yes, however this service only available on MAN double decker busses.

How much is the ticket?

• Adult Price: 4500 HUF / EUR 18
• Student Price: 4000 HUF / EUR 16
• Children: 0-6 years old gratis

How long does the ticket last?

The ticket lasts for 2 days. Ticket is valid on the day of the first departure and the next day FREE.

Where is the starting point of the hop on hop off tour?

• Red Bus Line: József nádor tér
• Yellow Bus Line: Erzsébet tér
• Blue Boat Line: Vigadó tér, Pier 11
• You can also start your tour at any of the 23 bus and 3 boat stops.

Where can I buy the ticket with credit card?

You can pay by credit card only in our office: H-1061, Budapest, Andrássy út 2.

Can I pay credit card on the bus?

We can't accept credit card on our buses and boats. You can pay by credit card only in our office.

What are the working hours in your office?

Opening hours:
Monday-Sunday: 8:30-18:00. (1 Apr - 31 Oct)
Monday-Sunday: 8:30-17:00. (1 Nov - 31 Mar)

Is the ticket valid for all of the three lines?

Yes, the Giraffe Hop on Hop off ticket is valid for all 3 lines. (Red Bus Line, Yellow Bus Line and Blue Boat Line)
